About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Forevate website. Forevate is a market intelligence platform for the marketing teams of consumer brands, built and operated by Fcode Labs ("we", "us"). Fcode Labs has offices in Singapore and Sri Lanka.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. They do not cover use of the Forevate platform, which is governed by a separate agreement.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Forevate, read our content and get in touch with us. When you use it, you agree not to:
- break any law, or use the site for anything fraudulent or harmful
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems
- interfere with how the site works, for example by introducing malware or overloading it
- copy large parts of the site with automated tools without our written permission
- send us false information through our forms, or pretend to be someone else
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice.
Our content and intellectual property
Fcode Labs owns, or has permission to use, the content on this website. This includes text, graphics, images, video, logos, product screens and the design of the site. The Forevate name and logo belong to Fcode Labs.
You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may also use our content inside your organisation to evaluate Forevate. You may not copy, change, republish or sell our content, or use it for any other commercial purpose, without our written permission.
Other names, logos and marks shown on the site, such as certification marks, belong to their owners.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. But it is general information about Forevate, not advice, and we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current. The site is provided "as is".
Examples, figures, dashboards and results shown on the site are illustrative unless we say otherwise. They show how Forevate works. They are not a promise of the results your brand will get. What Forevate delivers for you is set out in your written agreement with us.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites we do not run, such as our social media pages and the services of our providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse a site. Please read the terms and policies of any site you visit.
Free pilot and subscriptions
You can request a free pilot of Forevate through this website. A request does not create a contract. Each pilot is subject to a separate written agreement between your organisation and Fcode Labs, which sets out its scope, timing and data protection terms. Paid subscriptions are also governed by their own written agreements. If anything in those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fcode Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud.
Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data you share through this website. Our cookie policy explains the cookies we use and how to change your choices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute about them, or about your use of this website, will be dealt with by the courts of Singapore.
